The airport offers taxi fare from ACA airport to Pie de la Cuesta
Train Stations:
There are no train stations near the home. I am sure that there is one you could
find and then rent a car or ride a taxi from there to the home.
Best Ways to get around the area:
Bus
Acapulco has a very efficient city bus system that has various routes through the
Zócalo and along La Costera, and even to Pie de la Cuesta. The destinations are printed
on the front windows of the buses, and rates are about five to six pesos. The system is
privatized which means that bus drivers are allowed to decorate their own vehicles, they
can play loud music of their choice, and pull over to offer rides to walking travelers if
they want too. The bus is very easy way to travel in this city especially to people who are
not familiar with the area. It is much easier to trust someone that drives it daily than it is
to get lost on your own.
Car
According to websites that I have read, traffic in Acapulco is horrible and the
roads are in poor shape. Rental cars are available in Acapulco and at Mexico City's
airport, but they can be very expensive. Also, the roads in between towns can be
dangerous, especially at night. The U.S. Department of State does not recommend driving

alone. This is not the most popular way to get around to people who are unfamiliar with
the area. It is recommended that you use bus or taxis.
Taxi
Taxis are everywhere in Acapulco. There are three types of taxis: blue VW taxis,
yellow and white taxis, and tourist taxis. You'll find the blue VW taxis throughout the
city, and you can easily take one from La Costera. Do not forget to try to negotiate your
fare before hopping in; you should be able to get where you need to go for around $2,
sometime prices may be higher at night. Alternatively, yellow and white taxis travel back
and forth along La Costera and always cost around $0.80. Finally, Tourist Taxis look
similar to the VW taxis in color, but they're often more comfortable and have air
conditioning but they cost more than the others. Rides typically start at around $4, but
drivers sometimes try to rip you off and ask for money twice if you look like you would
pay them for it.
Description of the Home:
This home has six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. The home has a lake
view and also a mountain view. It is on the lake. There is a balcony on the home. The
main house has four bedrooms and four and a half baths, two up and two downstairs.
The living room second level could also be two more bedrooms. There is a kitchen,
dining room, and two living rooms. There are also terraces on the second level.
There is a car garage that holds four cars. It also has another two bedrooms above
the TV area with a shared bathroom. This is a nice house and perfect to relax and enjoy
your family vacation. It has plenty of room for all your family needs and still has enough
room for a big family to hang out or cookout and be in one place at one time if needed.
Amenities:
This home is fully furnished with furniture and appliances and is also pet friendly. It
also has a gym and a spa. There is a patio on the side of the home with amazing views
for you to see all the surroundings and relax or tan. The home has cable TV. There is
also a palapa with a grill, lounging area, dining area that can be exceptionally lit for night
time events.
There is a pool with sun depth of three inches that goes into adult depth for
swimming. It is like beach water and slowly goes into the deep part. The children could
enjoy the shallow part and have plenty of room to play in the shallow part. There is also
a dock that goes into the lagoon and the driveway is also the boat ramp into the lagoon.

In the asking price, it also includes a pontoon boat with a four stroke engine and a
Double Bimini top as a protection from the sun when you are enjoying a boat ride. If
you have had enough sun for the day, you can put the top up and relax in the shade. All
the property is electrified for security but has never had any problems with that.
The servant’s quarters: bedroom, bathroom, living/dining room and kitchen are apart
from the rest of the house. All bedrooms have air conditioning and all appliances are in
excellent condition.
Outside:
It has a beautiful lake and Mountain View. It has a balcony off the side of the house
so you can see both views and the surrounding areas and just sit and relax. There is also
a pool. The price also comes with a boat. The boat is a very nice pontoon boat. I
included a picture above of the pool, boat, and the lake view. I also included a picture of
the living room area and some of the furniture included above.

As mentioned earlier, the price for this beautiful fully furnished home is
