Texas Express Pipeline provides reliable takeaway capacity for natural gas liquids (NGL) production
from the Rockies, Permian Basin and Midcontinent, which is being delivered into Texas Express
through Enterprise’s Mid-America Pipeline System. NGL volumes from the DJ Basin are being
transported to the Texas Express Mainline by the Front Range Pipeline.

• Location: From Skellytown and Carson County, Texas to Mont Belvieu, Texas
• Scope: A 20-inch diameter, 580-mile NGL pipeline extending from Skellytown to Enterprise’s
NGL fractionation and storage complex at Mont Belvieu, Texas, and providing access to
third-party facilities
• Capacity: Initial capacity of 280,000 barrels per day (Bbls/d)
• Type of project: Organic / Acquired 10 percent interest April 2012
• Ownership: A joint venture owned 10 percent by DCP Midstream Partners, 35 percent by
Enbridge Energy Partners, 20 percent by Anadarko Petroleum Corp., and 35 percent by
Enterprise Products Partners (operator)
• In-service date: October 2013
