Engineer for Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies since 2013.
Currently I am deploying Real-time Drilling Solutions over several different environments in different
global locations. Experience with real-time systems - SiteCom and Discovery product suites. I have
been involved in customer projects from mainly On-site Support roles and end-user training.

2014/2015 Project: Enterprise Phase 2 Deployment
Client: Petronas, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Role: Field Services Engineer
Work: Assist the client technical lead, design, implement, test, commission and
transitional support for the Enterprise Phase 2 project while supporting the operations
of the existing phase 1 system. During the roll-out process we implemented an F5
BIG-IP Load Balancer and rolled out 8 new VMServers on a load balanced
environment with a failover facility. The Enterprise system was
implemented/designed to limit the down time to near-zero for end users and
operations. Once Phase 2 project was deployed, we carried out administrative and
end user training to Petronas Wells RTO personnel and continued to support the
project.
2012/2015 Project: BP Well Advisor Onsite Support
Client: BP Azerbaijan
Role: Real Time Data Manager
Work: Support BPWA deployments by providing onsite technical support for the real
time data management products, SiteCom and Discovery Web. Provide a first level of
QA/QC on real-time data received from data providers ensuring they comply with
documented standards and agreed service levels.
2012/2015 Project: BP UK North Sea CoRE Onsite Support
Client: BP UK
Role: Wells ACE Real Time Data Coordinator
Work: Provide onsite technical support for the real time data management products,
SiteCom and Discovery Web. Provide a first level of QA/QC on real-time data
received from data providers ensuring they comply with documented standards and
agreed service levels. Provide training to BP North Sea region users. Escalate wells
CoRE related issues to other support centers. Provide technical expertise for the
assessment and adoption of new products. Support start-ups in other regions to
maintain consistency across BP global regions. Support the wells CoRE Community
of Practice (CoP). Support the work of the functional team as required.
2011/2013 Project: BP European Mega Data Centre/Americans Mega Data Centre

Work: Worked with the Houston team to implemented BPWA and SiteCom for the
EMDC/AMDC following the architectures system plan and TIP (Technical
Infrastructure Plan). Once system was deployed we carried out OAT (Operational
Acceptance Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
2. 2011/2013 Project: BP Brazil Rig and Central Deployments, BP Baku Rig and Central
Deployments, BP Iraq Deployments and BP Angola Rig

Work: Following the architectures system plan and TIP (Technical Infrastructure
Plan), servers both physical and virtual were purchased. I then built the servers and
installed the OS followed by BPWA and SiteCom. Once system was deployed we
carried out OAT (Operational Acceptance Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance
Testing).Once approval had been granted products. Support start-ups in other regions
to maintain consistency across BP globally
