I would like to give feedback on a very positive experience I have had with a member of
your team.
I had the absolute pleasure of having the assistance of Warren Chew. His attention to detail
was superb and his constant care and dedication to have numerous problems resolved was
something that is very rare in this day and age.
He was prompt in calling back and he constantly kept me in the loop while he liaised with
various departments to help with a very tricky case (Quadron Investments Ltd).
He was always very friendly and never ducked a tricky question, but rather took on the
challenge of coming up with an answer.
In life everyone is always quick to moan when things go wrong, so I thought it was only fair
to mention when something is dealt with so positively and credit is due!
It is never nice to have issues but it makes the process far less stressful when dealt with in the
manner that Warren did.
If there were more people like Warren in your team then the business would be an even more
successful place.
