Rumtek Monastery History:-
Rumtek Monastery build in the year 1740 by 9th Karmapa, Which used
to be the main place of Karma Kagyu dynasty before it was destroyed.
After this, 16th Karmapa came here in 1961 then Rumtek Monastery
