2010-2012 M.Sc. study in offshore structures, Aalborg University Esbjerg. The focus on
this study was on:
Numerical solutions using finite element method. ANSYS and ABAQUS have
been used to solve different problems in concern with offshore structures.
Structural dynamics has been an important part where I have gained a good
experience with MatLab.
Calculating the stochastic wave and wind loads as well as reliability theory.
DNV and NORSOK have been used to calculate the stochastic wave and wind
loads.
M.Sc. thesis deals with transformation of warping through corner joints of the
steel frame structures where a user programmed MatLab code and
commercial finite element packages such as Abaqus and Ansys are
implemented.
