2. WHAT IS
COACHING ESSENTIALS (Module 1)?
Coaching Essentials is a 4-day course which introduces the first model used
in Meta-Coaching—the NLP Communication model where participants will learn to
be more effective in communicating with themselves and others through
calibrating, sensory awareness, representational tracking, language precision
and how to “read” their own and other people’s unique inner worlds.
Coaching Essentials is Module 1 of the Meta-Coaching Certification pathway.
WHAT IS
SELF LEADERSHIP (Module 2)?
This 3-day course introduces the reflexivity model of Meta-States to empower the
participant in working with the higher levels of the mind and especially to set
resourceful frames as a change agent.
As the participants begin to develop their own personal genius in a given area, this
training is designed to enable them to meta-state themselves with the qualities and
prerequisites of personal genius. Because there is a structure to the genius of
mastery, working with that structure and 14 Meta-Patterns, they can use them to
access, amplify, and apply the variables that make up the flow state (also called the
genius state) for them.
Self Leadership – Accessing Personal Genius is Module 2 of the Meta-Coaching
Certification pathway.
In summary, the ultimate objective of both courses is for you to become your best self so
that you can live a richer and fuller life.

META-COACHING ALL ABOUT ?
Meta-Coaching is a cutting-edge coaching methodology that transcends traditional
Performance Coaching, taking both Coach and Client to higher levels- to Developmental
and Transformational Coaching. That is why it is called ‘meta’ which means a higher
level and dimension.
Meta-Coach Training is an accelerated Coach Training System that supports partici-

9. IS THERE A MINIMUM LEVEL
OF ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS ?
The course materials are all in English and thus participants need to have a
good knowledge of spoken and written English.
WHAT WILL BE THE LANGUAGE USED ?
We will use mainly English but also French and Creole when appropriate. It is
our philosophy that participants need to feel at ease and be able to express
themselves in the language in which they feel most comfortable and this is
particularly the case during question time and during group exercises.
CAN I FOLLOW MODULE 2 BEFORE DOING MODULE 1 ?
Yes, the 2 Modules are independent. However we have to point out that
Module 1 is about communication with others and there is a lot of practice.
Module 2 is about running one’s own brain and is found to be much more
intense.
WHAT VALUE HAS THE CERTIFICATE ?
The certificates for these courses comes from the International Society of
Neuro-Semantics (ISNS) which regroups thousands of Meta-Coaches from
more than 50 countries and also participants who graduated from the various
courses on offer.

SINCE WHEN ARE
NEURO-SEMANTICS COURSES CONDUCTED
IN MAURITIUS ?
Coaching Essentials was launched in 2013 in Mauritius through Sandra Viljoen of New
Beginnings. And in 2015, she managed to get here in Mauritius the founder of
Neuro-Semantics, Dr Michael Hall and around 20 Meta-Coaches were certified. She
moved last year to Fiji. Today there is a community, the Meta-Coach Foundation –
Mauritius Chapter which regroups not only the Meta-Coaches but also all those who
have graduated from the Neuro-Semantics courses that have been conducted in
Mauritius.
Waiman and Bruneau facilitated their first Coaching Essentials course in June 2017 and
it was a tremendous success. Subsequently they facilitated Self Leadership in November
2017.

META-COACHING PATHWAY LIKE ?
To provide high quality training for the skills of professional communication and
coaching, the Meta-Coaching Pathway involves the following module in addition to
Modules 1 and 2 :
Module 3 - Coaching Mastery (ACMC) : This 8 days bootcamp training introduces the
Axes of Change model, Benchmarking model, the Self-Actualisation model and the
Matrix Model.
Module 3 is offered in several locations worldwide (eg Sydney, Bali, Hong Kong, Egypt)
After completing all 3 modules and then attaining the required levels of competency
on 7 benchmarked core skills as assessed by a Certified Benchmarker, you will be
licensed as a Certified Meta-Coach by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics
bearing the title of “Associate Certified Meta-Coach – ACMC”

Absolutely ! What you will learn in Module 1 and Module 2 can be put into practice in
any area of your life – personal, social and professional. You will develop your ability to
communicate effectively with others and to run your brain on a deep level and that can
be useful whether or not you decide to become a coach.
Module 3 however is only for those who want to become coaches.

WHAT ARE THE FEES
FOR THESE COURSES ?
The course fee for each of Module 1 and Module 2 is Rs 30,000 for Corporates which
will benefit from HRDC refund (up to 60% refund). For more than 2 participants, group
discounts will apply. Please note that the necessary G3 form should be filled in and sent
to HRDC at least 1 week before the start of the course
Individuals who don’t benefit from such refund will be entitled to a significant
discount.
