IT’S COURAGE IN THE
FACE OF A SEA OF
IRRELEVANCE!
#1 INSIGHT
 Static facts are not to be taken as an
ultimatum.
 Assessments and analytics might
overvalue one metric and ignore the
possibilities of other metrics.
 Therefore, Big Data should keeping
getting bigger and broader with
deepening data in all the metrics.
 And Data Analysis should be done
everyday, every minute to make sure
of precision and relevance.
Big Data: A united effort
#2 INSIGHT
 Big Data and Data Analytics are not
only just manipulating numbers for
businesses
 They have and can have applications
in varied fields in unimaginable ways
which touch the very purpose of
humanity, health, community,
environment etc
Areas of possible application:
 Managers should carefully select
those who can make meaningful
sense out of pools of irrelevant data.
 Critical thinking skills should be
prioritized
#1 Relevance to Manager in
India
 If a Manager wants to help tailor their
product or service specifically around
making their end-customers happy,
 They should not only gather data but
understand what it means and on
what level it means it, using the
mighty Big Data analysis.
 To re-ensure if your applied analysis
works or not.
 This system of continual feedback
helps a Manager to maintain
harmony and aid the quality of
produce.
It’s contribution to a Business
#2 Relevance to Manager In
India
 Instead of merely relying of
predefined facts to arrive at
conclusions or make decisions,
 Managers, especially in a diverse
country like India should always have
dynamic facts in hand
 All these ever changing dynamics at
the end, directly or indirectly lead to
human uplift-ment.
 Thus, satisfying the prime arenas for
a Manager.

What do we do with all this big data- A ted talk

  • 3. WHAT DOES BIG DATA PROVIDE? IT’S COURAGE IN THE FACE OF A SEA OF IRRELEVANCE!
  • 4. #1 INSIGHT  Static facts are not to be taken as an ultimatum.  Assessments and analytics might overvalue one metric and ignore the possibilities of other metrics.
  • 5.  Therefore, Big Data should keeping getting bigger and broader with deepening data in all the metrics.  And Data Analysis should be done everyday, every minute to make sure of precision and relevance.
  • 6. Big Data: A united effort
  • 7. #2 INSIGHT  Big Data and Data Analytics are not only just manipulating numbers for businesses  They have and can have applications in varied fields in unimaginable ways which touch the very purpose of humanity, health, community, environment etc
  • 8. Areas of possible application:
  • 9.  Managers should carefully select those who can make meaningful sense out of pools of irrelevant data.  Critical thinking skills should be prioritized
  • 10. #1 Relevance to Manager in India  If a Manager wants to help tailor their product or service specifically around making their end-customers happy,  They should not only gather data but understand what it means and on what level it means it, using the mighty Big Data analysis.
  • 11.  To re-ensure if your applied analysis works or not.  This system of continual feedback helps a Manager to maintain harmony and aid the quality of produce.
  • 13. #2 Relevance to Manager In India  Instead of merely relying of predefined facts to arrive at conclusions or make decisions,  Managers, especially in a diverse country like India should always have dynamic facts in hand
  • 14.  All these ever changing dynamics at the end, directly or indirectly lead to human uplift-ment.  Thus, satisfying the prime arenas for a Manager.
