Customer information fall 2021
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Since we keep getting requests from
several MMA installers in the market
asking us if our Plastifloor® resins are
identical to the Degadur® resins sold
again by röhm GmbH, we would like to
use this customer information and clarify
this again. We at Plasti Chemie have been
developing and manufacturing the fast-
curing Plastifloor® resins in our own
factory in Falkenstein / Germany since
1995, our resins are not identical to the
Degadur® resins from röhm GmbH.
From 1993 to 1995 we were a distributor
for Degadur® resins as it was still
Degussa AG, but since Degussa did not
adhere to the originally agreed customer
protection, we ended our cooperation and
started our own production in 1995. We

2. Plastifloor® resins are similar to the
products of röhm®, Silikal®, Acrylicon® or
other MMA resin manufacturers active on
the market, but not identical.

We deliver our resins as well as
hardeners, fillers, additives, cove paste,
profiles, sands and Color quartz into more
than 45 countries.
Our products and systems have been
tested by TÜV, ISEGA, MPI and MFPA
Weimar, and they carry the CE sign.
Plastifloor® resins have been used on
every continent since 1995.
