 Have you or someone you know filed a Complaint with the EEOC just to have the EEOC refuse to perform its
MANDATORY duties and fail to enforce Title VII/Civil Rights Act – resulting in the violation of rights under the
laws of the United States?
 Have you or someone you know REPEATEDLY been overlooked and/or denied PROMOTION(s), RAISE(s), etc.
just to see that white employee(s) less qualified received it – Are you tired of such employment opportunities being
stolen from you and given to whites less qualified and nothing being done?
 Have you or someone you know been subjected to a HOSTILE, RETALIATORY and DISCRIMINATORY work
environment because you reported Civil Rights violations by your employer(s)?
 Have you or someone you know REPEATEDLY been required to train and/or teach a person for a job you applied
for and was denied just to see it given to a white co-worker or white person hired and then you or someone you
know being required to train that person for the job opportunity denied?
 Have you or someone you know REPEATEDLY been denied a job opportunity because your employer said you did
not have the education/degree or experience required for the job; however, in a short period of time you could
(through short period of time – i.e. course, seminar, training) obtain the skills necessary to perform the job
opportunity sought?
 Have you or someone you know received a “Dismissal and Notice of Rights”/”Right to Sue” from the EEOC without
your obtaining a WRITTEN copy of the employer’s answer to your complaint and/or your opportunity to rebut and
review the facts and evidence the EEOC relied upon to render its decision?
 Have you or someone you know filed a Complaint with the EEOC and provided documents just to have the EEOC
tell you they have lost your information?
 Have you or someone you know had the EEOC cover-up TITLE VII/CIVIL RIGHTS violations because your
employer is associated with POWERFUL Insurance Companies, Law Firms, etc. that use such power to influence
decisions? Is your employer a large company or associated with powerful insurance companies and lawyers that
use such power to influence decisions?
 Have you or someone you know been required to settle matters with your employer through the use of threats,
coercion, intimidation, etc. if you did not take what your employer was offering to settle; therefore, you agreed to
settlement under such duress?
 Have you or someone you know REPEATEDLY lost job opportunities because the employer was contacted and
advised of your engagement in protected activities (i.e. filing of EEOC Charge, filing of lawsuit, testifying or
participation in an investigation/lawsuit, etc.)?
 Have you or someone you know been BLACKLISTED for exercising your rights – i.e. filing a Complaint with the
EEOC, filing a lawsuit, etc – making it difficult for you to get employment?
 Have you or someone you know lost an opportunity to bring a lawsuit because of lack of financial resources and/or
inability to hire an attorney?
 Have you or someone you know lost a lawsuit because the attorney hired PURPOSELY threw the case – i.e.
engaged in criminal/civil wrongs with opposing counsel and compromised your case? Repeatedly attempted to get
you to reach a settlement that you did not feel comfortable about and threatened to withdraw if you did not accept?

CIVIL RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS:
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF COLORED PEOPLE (“NAACP”) AND RAINBOW PUSH
 Are you tired of Civil Rights Organizations who have capitalized from the death of Civil Rights Leaders/Activists (i.e. Martin
Luther King Jr., Malcolm X, Medgar Evers and many others) for ill gain at African-Americans’ expense; however, have done
nothing to carry on the fight and causes of such Civil Rights Pioneers but use monies and funding to support immoral acts
(compensation to mistresses – i.e. Jesse Jackson and Karin Stanford1
) while overlooking further oppression of African-Americans
and/or people of color?
 Are you tired of contacting Civil Rights Organizations and being turned away because they are only interested in CLASS-ACTION
matters and not concerned about your INDIVIDUAL civil rights violations?
 Are you tired of the United States Government and Media REPEATEDLY placing Jesse Jackson out there as the spokesperson for
African-Americans on Civil Rights Issues while they laugh at him behind his back?
 Are you tired of the Civil Rights Organizations (i.e. NAACP, Rainbow PUSH) who have SOLD themselves out to the United States
Government and are doing nothing to insure and improve the lives of African-Americans and/or people of color – allowing the
hard work and building of Civil Rights Leaders (i.e. Martin Luther King Jr., Malcolm X, Medgar Evers and many others) to be
scoffed at?
 Are you tired of contacting Civil Rights Organizations just to find that they are unable to assist you with your problem or are
unwilling to get involved in addressing your concerns because they are afraid or that they are actually part of the problem to keep
African-Americans oppressed and in bondage?
 Are you tired of the 2010 PLANTATION(s) - i.e. Housing Projects, etc. – the United State Government has created and designed
for purposes isolation and SELF-DESTRUCTION of the African-American race?
 Are you tired of seeing the CYCLE of RACIAL INJUSTICE/DISCRIMINATION/PREJUDICES continue on-and-on with NO
CHANGE and nothing being done to address such injustices?
 Are you concerned that there is no LEGACY being left for your Child(ren)?

Karin L. Stanford is a writer and professor of Pan-African Studies and Politics at California State
University, Northridge. Her latest book is Breaking the Silence - Inspirational Stories of Black Cancer
Survivors. This collection of testimonials was inspired by Stanford's own experiences with breast cancer.
Stanford's other published works include Black Political Organization in the Post-Civil Rights Era,
coedited with Ollie Johnson and Beyond The Boundaries: Reverend Jesse Jackson In International
Affairs. The author of numerous articles on black women and black politics, Stanford is the former
director of the Washington, D.C., Bureau of the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition and a former Congressional
Black Caucus fellow. Stanford is currently teaching the "Politics of Hip Hop", a class delving into the
history and influence of the musical genre.
She gained notoriety in 2000 when it was revealed that she had an affair with the Rev. Jesse Jackson,
resulting in the birth of her daughter, Ashley, and it was reported that she had been paid $40,000 by
Rainbow/PUSH. Commentators questioned the legality of these payments and charged that Jackson was
paying “hush money” to Stanford.[1][2]
The Rainbow/PUSH Coalition later released financial records showing it paid Stanford $15,000 in
moving expenses to relocate her from Washington DC to Southern California and a $21,000 consultant
fee for "consulting services" for a 150 page report for the organization and that an earlier agreement to
lend Stanford an additional $40,000 was withdrawn and never paid out.[3]
There have been other allegations that Stanford received $4,000 a month in child support and $365,000
to purchase a house from Rainbow/PUSH funds.. Jackson has stated that the $4,000/month payments
come from his own account, not PUSH's.
