Project details- Pre-mature failure of an industrial diesel engine due to overheating dismantled the complete 6BTA5.9C
engine and found that piston rings were tempered due to overheating so Blow-by has been occurred
TATA STEEL - 4 Weeks Internship at equipment and maintenance services (Dec’ 14 – Jan’15)
Project details- To study the feasibility of reducing life cycle cost of ISUZU engine
studied the recent failure of ISUZU engine and made a project report on that. Report was, Exhaust valve was dislocated
from its position and piston head was damaged
MERCEDES BENZ - 4 Weeks internship (June – July’14)
Project details - First fixed visit or to reduce the number of visit of a vehicle in a workshop.
Visited each technician and got data regarding the vehicle for its second visit in the workshop for past six months and
made a project report on that with some new suggestions
ACADEMIC PROJECTS

● Minor project- 2 methods of extraction of biodiesel from pumpkin seed under Dr. Amit Pal, Professor,

Three methods were performed for extraction: Mechanical, Ultrasonic, Soxhlet extraction

POSITION OF RESPONSIBILITY
● President, DTU-Student Association, a body representing 8000 students of DTU working towards welfare of DTU
students.
● Chief Organizer, PITCHERS v1.0, startup meet at DTU, that saw a participation of 60 startups, from all over India.
It also included a panel discussion that had esteemed judges from Zimply and Paytm.
● Chief fest coordinator in Engifest’15, organized more than 100 events with a footfall of 15000 students in last
day event- Star Night
● Organizer, Blood Donation Camp at DTU campus in collaboration with Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Hospital that saw a
collection of 400 units of blood thus creating awareness of blood donation among the students
● Publicity Head in Engifest’14, publicized over 50 events in more than 100 colleges all-over India
● Operation Head at Start-up Shiplock Inc. in the year 2012, which successfully caters to online booking of cakes
across Delhi-NCR and production of apparels and bags; managed an extremely intelligent team of 14 individuals
and recruited 30 interns. Raised revenue of 1.5 million the following year
