Global Credit Card
Company.
Creation of global Financial Resource Centers – located in Phoenix, Burgess
Hill, and New Delhi – consolidating over 40 different organizations around the
world, involving over 4,000 personnel.
NY Based Retail
Financial Institution.
External facilitator for the strategic planning process for the CEO and Board,
which recently involved new strategies for mobile payments and digital
channels. Client has doubled in size every 5 to 7 years.
Multinational Life
Sciences Company.
A major supply chain and financial shared services implementation through
consolidation and standardization using SAP R/3, based in St. Louis and
Brussels.
International Carrier. Directed project that was based in Brussels and Overland Park, KS, which
consolidated 30 finance functions into 3 global shared services centers.
Implemented standardized new working practices across three diverse
companies. Impacted over 2,000 personnel.
Large Hospital System. For the largest California based health provider system, created a vision,
blueprint and business case for the transformation of all non-clinical functions
to a single organization. The scope involved over 40 different standalone
hospital systems that contained individual governance structures.
Subsequently, the client asked the firm to provide implementation assistance
with SAP.
Global Bank. Led a team of over 80 personnel (consultant and client; including 3 partners) to
create a JV company to provide procure-to-pay cash management services,
using e-commerce systems.
3 Retail Financial
Services Institutions.
Creation of a separate company to provide all operational services covering
deposit operations, default management, call center, consumer and real estate
lending. A major 3 year program impacting a third of the work force of each
institution.

Manufacturer
Blueprint and business case for creating an integrated global supply chain and
finance organization.

International
Management Consultant.
Finance function strategy for this large international management consultant.
The CFO chose outside expertise (rather than in house consultants) to design a
new strategy for the function.
International Accounting
Firm.
Integrated recently acquired offshore vendor into firm’s own captive in India.
Set up and led a major restructuring project that resulted in $10mm annualized
savings; moved 150 positions from the US to India. Additionally, led the
establishment of an offshore center for the firm’s investment bank.
Australian
Conglomerate.
Lead a team that introduced innovative financial working practices across 3
diverse divisions.
Canadian Bank Provided leadership coaching and organizational design for the creation of
branch operations shared services. Program was aimed to significantly
increase customer interaction time
UK Merchant Bank New methods and processes around product profitability, lines of business
P&L, and divisional structures. Implementation of SAP R/3, the first of its
kind outside Northern Europe.
International Bank. Implemented a management infrastructure and counter controls around dealer
positions and other derivative instruments. Implemented unique functionality
around derivative controls.
Large Insurance
Company
Project managed the design of a new service delivery model for shared and
outsourced services in accounting and HR. Developed new organizational
model.
Life Insurance Mutual. Demutualization of one of the largest life insurance companies. Transfrmation
to new reporting and management control processes.
