Hi, I’m Fiona
Here is a brief overview of Team Fund it’s recommendations.
Feedback on the language used in the website revealed an overuse of the word creative, a word more associated with artists, sculptors, musicians, writers.
We recommend inclusion of alternative buzz words that will attract all types of project creators.
Words such as:
ORIGINAL
IMAGINATIVE
INNOVATIVE
INVENTIVE
Colour coding the Terms and Conditions (in the same style as the Frequently Asked Questions) will make this section more visually pleasing and ensure a uniform approach re branding/style.
Development of a Jargon Busting Screen Tip, where the user hovers the mouse over a legal word or phrase to reveal a layperson’s definition.
Development of the Fund it app for mobile phones because more and more people use their phones as their main computer.
Fund it Roadshow/Fund it bus – bring Fund it to the road and to the people. This would allow continued awareness raising and promotion to the wider audience and future project creators in education, festivals, start-up and recruitment fairs. The Fund it bus would be a meeting place for potential crowdfunders, enhancing Fund it’s unique selling point of mentorship for project creators.
