Come join us and spend a fun afternoon surrounding yourself with images of what you
want to become, what you want to have, where you want to live or discovering what lifts
your Spirit and awakens your heart!
There are normally three different types of Vision Boards. Yours can focus on one or include
a bit of all three.
Making the board is profound because, as you create and bring together the images that
speak to you, it will trigger something deep in your subconscious mind and help you steer
your choices towards making your vision real.
Breathing and gentle yoga will be integrated throughout the afternoon to support the
process, promote alignment and allow you to create from a place of openness, curiosity
and trust. Join us!
