1. Select File
 First, you
must
choose the
file that you
want to edit.
To do
this, you
must right
click the file
and select
GET INFO.

2. Options
 Next, click on
the OPTIONS
tab.

3. Choose a Start Time
 Then you
choose a start
time. By default,
the start time
should be 0.00.
Select whatever
start time suits
you best, then
click OK.
