Introduction: Coriandrum sativum commonly known as Coriander from the family of Apiaceae is a culinary and medicinal herb used as an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antibacterial agent and also an antioxidant, antidiabetic, hepatoprotective, antibacterial, and antifungal activities, where the essential oil is used as a natural fragrance. All parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and the dried seeds are the parts most traditionally used.
