Accelerators Programs are designed to create competitive
advantage by:
• Creating reusable assets to enable faster delivery and
generate new sources of revenue
• Providing new and challenging opportunities to People and
re-skill them for future.
4. What drives IT projects
• Automation of repeatable task. This leads to creation of new
tools/technologies
• Adoption of new Technology to capture new business
opportunities. Examples include Social, Mobility, Analytics,
Cloud Computing, IoT
• Renewal of existing systems : Support for existing version of
Software goes away
• Governance, Regulatory frameworks, Mergers, Demergers,
and Acquisitions
