service/license schedules, insurance claim forms, injury on
duty documentation etc.
 Assisting with line management human resource functions
such as grievance and discipline issues, performance
appraisals, shortlisting suitable candidates for recruitment,
assisting staff with queries and concerns
 Requisitioning services, stores and materials, obtaining
quotations for the procurement of goods and services,
preparing documentation for disposal of redundant goods
 Applying and adhering to relevant legislation, policies and
procedures
