transition mode
• Constant challenge in all aspect of life
• Its effect can be sometimes difficult to manage
• Change can require a lot of mental effort

reality, IoT)
• The work has changed (cloud, mobile first, cost reduction, )
• The people has developed (everyone, everywhere, new set of values)

• Need positive relations between new world of work and human
development
• Need sustainable and care work that will enrich human development

• Be prepared for different reactions – go into shoes of everyone

• Build stakeholder motivation, make sure everyone is fully on board
• Be prepare for reaction of change – shock, denial, resistant, resignation,
acceptance
• Break your project down into 3 stages:
• Awareness building
• Transformation
• Consolidation

• Develop a Hyper care plan
