Change management involves redirecting individuals, teams, and organizations through transitions to new ways of thinking and working. It requires open communication, motivating stakeholders, and managing reactions to change, as transitions can be difficult. A successful change management process defines the reason for change, prepares stakeholders, plans and implements the change, analyzes and sustains the change over time through communication, training, and cultural shifts.
