This document describes a service that provides consensus-based external data to decentralized systems from multiple independent oracles and a reviewer. A team of engineers and data scientists propose using a human oracle contract on a blockchain to source data from several oracles on non-blockchain topics like exchange rates, weather, and geolocation. The oracles submit answers which are reviewed and finalized on-chain if a consensus is reached, with oracle reputations updated accordingly. This could enable use cases like prediction markets, collective decision making, and event result verification.
