Pitney Bowes, as part of IMPACT 2017 business transformation has set a vision to accomplish
single ERP and CRM platforms, supporting their global business process. SAP will be the ERP
system and SFDC will be the CRM system across the globe. Pitney Bowes is planning to optimize
the ecosystem and improve the efficiency of the systems, and is planning to roll out the
implementations to 17 countries as part of IMPACT 2017.
