You can see that as you get more experience with SFDC the higher the average salary.
It was interesting to me that rural areas had a higher salary and home office workers.
Once you get over 500 users the salary seems to increase, but prior to that number it’s relatively flat.
The salary difference between working for a non-profit vs. for profit is above 30% for salary and salary with a bonus.
The salary for supporting more than 3 clouds increases significantly over having 1-3.
The majority of respondents had a SFDC administrator certification, followed by service clouds and none.
You can see that having certifications does have an advantage over having none.
Interesting to see that those with 0 certifications have a higher salary with those with one, however the salary increases with 2 or more certifications
Was interesting that a college or masters degree did not seem to affect average salary.
Everyone should go back to school and get a technical degree, those folks are doing well!
DAMN Girls! This surprised me, but on average SFDC women in Columbus are making more money than the men.
Taking a quick look at other certifications people in our user group have. Most have none.
I put these metrics together based on several other user groups salary surveys. Is there anything else you would like to see. Assuming it protects anonymity, can provide any other metrics anyone is looking for.
Also, what do you want to learn about in upcoming meetings?
