4. • TOPOGRAPHY: Topography Condition of a site is flat land and
Cracked soil, soft land. Some areas of Hyderabad is Black-cotton soil
and Aggregate.

5. • VEGETATION: The site is covered with grasses and there are small trees
around the site, and few of the trees on the north side of the site is large trees.
Land is fertile plantation can be done.

6. • ACCESS ROAD: Currently, the site is open and therefore
accessible from main road. The site is easily accessed by both vehicles
and ordinary. The north side of the site consists on main road that
facilitate vehicle to turn inside the service road. Main road of site is 60 feet
wide and the service road is 30 feet wide.

7. • UTILITIES: Water supply, Electricity
and Gas are available to the site. water
pumping station is already installed in the
back side of the school and also the site is
close to water distribution pipe and wapda
transformers.
• TRAFIC: The trafic is Medium in road,
The trafic is continously moving on the
road specially in Morning, Afternoon and
Midnight times.
• SITE GROUND LEVEL: 6ft Above the ground level.
• SURROUNDINGS: The site is close to Residential
buildings and commercial areas.

• ACCESSIBILITY: There are various sides to access in our site, Gull
center, defence road, Wadh wah road connects with Latifabad, giddu chock,
and Wadhu wah road Qasimabad is also near to site to access easily.
