1. Unaitas SACCO is inviting sealed tenders from eligible and qualified suppliers to Supply, install
and commission the following projects;
I. UNAITAS/T3/2013 INSURANCE AGENCY SOFTWARE
We are looking for insurance software to manage our underwriting business at the agency
level. See details in the tender documents.
II. UNAITAS/T5/2013 STAFF CORPORATE ATTIRE
We intend to have corporate attire for all staff. Interested bidders should visit our head office in
Murang’a town along Hospital road, Unaitas building, to see samples before 20
th
June, 2013 in
week days within working hours.
III. UNAITAS/T6/2013 INTERNET BANKING
We are looking for a provider of Internet Banking Solution to enable our members interact with
their accounts anytime, anywhere and at their convenience (24/7) from their computing
devises/equipments.

Successful firms should have at least three(3) years of experience and capacity, registered
firm both with registrar of companies and VAT, have supported other financial service
providers or related firms.
Detailed tender documents may be obtained from either temple road branch-Nairobi or Unaitas
head office-Muranga, on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Kshs.3,000/- per set of
tender documents payable in cash. Prices quoted should be in Kenya shillings, inclusive of all
taxes and remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of tender.
All tenders each clearly marked with tender number and name as indicated above must be
delivered to the tender box at the address below on or before 20
th
June, 2013 at 2.00 P.M.
local time. Tenders will be opened immediately at the boardroom of Unaitas Building Muranga,
in the presence of the tenderers who chose to attend.
