maintain feed back channels to supervisor and manager for quality related problems to get best quality

instruction, cheek sheets & formats. I had worked for equipment calibration, chemical testing by titration & Final

 Preventive maintenance scheduling and execution of the same.
 Breakdown maintenance attending and completion of repairing.
 Spares & additional parts requirements raising, ordering, follow up with supplier and final inspection during
procuring maintaining the cost factor.
 Machine modifications to achieve production requirement time to time.
 Production facility requirement fulfillment and installation.
 Cost control of machines and equipments spares.
 Documentation of all these activities with ISO linked documents.
 Safety activity under OHSAS by actively committee member and awarded as a
BEST SAFETY PERSON OF THE YEAR
