2. WHAT IS ANDROID
 Android is a software package
and Linux based operating
system for mobile devices such
as tablet computers and
smartphones.
 Android Inc. was founded in
Palo Alto, California in October,
2003 by Andy Rubin, Rich
Miner, Nick Sears, and Chris
White.
 In 2008, Android 1.0 became
available to the public

3.  Audio/ Vedio calling
 Messaging
 Multiple Language Support
 Web Browser
 Screen Capture
 Camera, GPS, compass, and
accelerometer
 Bluetooth , WIFI, etc…

4. Creating buttons by drag and drop and name them

5. Designing layout ,inserting image and icons in place of buttons by
downloading images from google and paste it in Drawable.

6. Creating Media Player (cont.)
Adding songs in that media
player by creating a new
Android Resource Directory .
The Resource type will be raw .
We added songs in that raw
folder by selecting any song
from folder and paste it into
raw folder. And repeated it for
adding more songs.
Run the code using emulator
or Android phone.
