PRODUCT: BOG OAK TIMBER (BOTANICAL NAME: QUERCUS ROBUR)
Bog-wood is trunks of trees that have lain in lakes,river bottoms and swamps, for centuriesand
even millennia. Deprived of oxygen, the wood undergoes the process of fossilization.
Water flow and depth play a special role in the creation of Bog. Currents bind the minerals and
iron in the water with tannins in the wood, naturally stainingthe wood in the process. This
centuries-long process,often termed "maturation," turns the wood from golden-brown to
completely black, while increasing its hardness to such a level that it can only be carved with the
use of specialty cutting tools.
Products from Bog "ebony" Oak are considered to be exclusive. Giventhe limited volumes of
production and the complexity of the technological process of Bog "ebony" Oak, products
made of it are not only aesthetic,but also a collector's value. Historical descriptionscan be
found the name of bog oak as the "ebony" and "iron tree".
The age of these Bog Oak block has been determined by a radiocarbon date analysisand it's
about 5460 years. We will send a copy of Radiocarbon Date Certificate.

PRICE:

Extracted logs are wrapped in waterproof material and meticulouslydried to prevent warping.
The process of wood desiccation is complex, and despite great care, most of the raw wood is
unsuitable for further processing. For this reason, the price of high quality raw is quite high.
The price of Bog Oak of over 3,500 years is USD $ 12,551.00 per m3.
PAYMENT:
Payment will be made in the currency of US DOLLAR. Payment will be made via swift MT103
and/or letter of credit, issued or confirmed by renowned bank.
QUANTITY:
We will provide confirmation letter/resource notice from production plant confirming actual
quantity of Bog Oak lumber free for export to buyer.
QUALITY:
The extremely low oxygen conditions of the bog protect the wood from normal decay, while the
underlying peat provides acidic conditions where iron salts and other minerals react withthe
tannins in the wood, gradually giving it a distinct dark brown to almost black color.
An independent surveyor company will be employed to certifythe quality Of product at the port
of loading and sample will be sent to buyer for further verification/confirmation;as specified
below, we will provide certificate of quality to buyer as in accordance with international standard
as specified below
PACKAGING:
The Processed Bog Oak (8 X 12/L 10FT/W25KG) is wrapped with StretchFilm, covered with
protective paper cushioning corrugated rolls to offer strength and maintaintemperature, striped
with straps & metal clips. Eighteen (18) lumber piece in each wrapped wooden stripped bundle.
Seal are placed on each wooden stripped bundle with the Seller and custom’s mark. We offer an
approximate 50 wooden stripped bundles weighing of 450 kilogram each, with total weight of 22
500kg, placed on Wooden Pallet (1200.x.800.x.144) into sea shipment high pressure 40 feet
container,which provides full safety of the Goods and protects it from the possible damage
during the transportationon long distancesby any means taking into account transfersand
reloading.
The Buyer can request for the goods to be cut to any size.

OPERATIONAL TRADING PROCEDURE
1. In confirmation and agreement with this FCO, Buyer counter signs this FCO and issues ICPO.
2. Seller sends draft Contract and commercial invoice to be evaluated and signed by buyer.
(THE ELECTRONIC VERSION WILL BE NOTARIZED AND CONFIRMS LEGAL AND BINDING)
3. Seller’s bank issues notarized attestation confirming availability of product to be exported to buyer and that the bank is
taking fiscal responsibility of supply order.
4. Seller issues product quality and quantity certifications- GOST TEST report; Storage agreement & certificate by chamber
of commerce, up to date photo/video of product within 5 working days.
5. Buyer pays 30% pre-payment to cover un-insured cost of shipment. Seller commence logistic.
6. Seller transfers Packing list, Master invoice, Export declaration, Customs clearance, Notice of readiness of shipping
company.
6. Buyer pays 70% balance payment and/or escrow deposit to be released at unloading port.
7. Seller transfers bill of lading to buyer.
