Risk assessment
Risk Risk /10 How could we
prevent this?
How it affects us?
Damaged roof 10/10 The beams are holding up the roof up and
in place so we should stay away from
them to prevent anymore damage to the
roof.
if the roof falls down we will have to
relocate because
Slippery floor 5/10 When the floor will get wet we will cover
it over with towels to clean it up and make
sure the surface is dry and has enough grip
to continue filming.
If someone falls over due to the slippery
there is a great chance of injury and the
could break a bone or even cut or sprain
something and that means they will not be
able to film anymore.
Sharp weapons 9/10 When we are around the sharp weapons
we need to be very care and not
irresponsible, if we mess around that
means there is a big chance of someone
getting hurt.
This affects everyone in the group because
we will all handle the knifes and we could
get really hurt if one of us go into one.
They would not be able to film due to the
injuries.
Loose door 5/10 With the loose door we need to make sure
it is out the way so no one will get hurt
because if it is out the way it will not fall
on anyone and the chances of someone
getting hurt is minimal.
The loose door affects all of us because it
can fall on anyone and if the get seriously
injured they will not be able to film.
Damaged equipment 9/10 The equipment is one of the most
important things that we need because
without it we cannot film without it,
around it we will need to be careful and
make sure it is not somewhere where I can
break.
This affects everyone in our group because
if the equipment break we will not be able
to film and we have to replace the new
equipment too.
Animals/ cars 7/10 The animals and cars passing by will make
a lot of background noise and this will not
fit in with the OTS, we will close the doors
to reduce the sound and wait till its all
clear to film.
This will affect us due to the noises that
they will be making and it will not fit into
the OTS.
Lighting 7/10 The lights coming through the windows
will be covered by towels and we have
torches to create light if needed.
If we had unwanted light coming through
it will not look good on our OTS and we
would get a lower grade.
Blood on the floor 6/10 Once the blood hits the floor it is going to
make the surface slippery so we will clean
up the blood as soon as we can to prevent
injury .
The blood on the floor is very slippery and
one of us could get seriously hurt if one of
us slips on it .
