1. Troop to Troops
What is project troop to troops?
 Troop to Troops is a project where Girl Scouts raise cookie donations to send to
our military personnel.
 This project gives the Girl Scout the opportunity to give back to the people who
serve our country whether it be overseas or here in the states.
How does it work?
 During cookie sales girls can ask if the purchaser would like to donate a box of
cookies to soldiers
 They also have the option of having a donation jar with posters to help raise the
money that way.
 Girl scouts has a partnership with Operation Troop Aid that helps make sending
cookies to the soldiers possible.
Past Troop to Troop accomplishments:
 In 2015 project Troop to Troops was able to donate 10,557 boxes of cookies for
our military men and women!
 Last year girls also were able to receive a special edition Troop to Troops patch
when they had at least six boxes of cookies donated.
