How would you like to have an out of body experience? If you've never heard of an OBE let me
share my experience with you. I've personally had a few OBE's that have been fun and frightening.
Although the majority of the time OBE's can extremely fun to have. An out of body experience is
one where you project yourself outside of your body. Here are a few of my out of body experience
stories to help you understand what I'm talking about.
My first out of body experience happened when I was extremely young. My experience was
extremely fun being a young age. What I did was go to my friends house. I memorized a few
things about what he was wearing. Then I returned back to my home. The next day during school I
asked him about what he was wearing. Everything I saw him wearing was exactly how he
described. Which meant that I wasn't having a dream like I thought I was.
Another experience was when I went to sleep one night. I woke up to the usual OBE. Only this
time I encountered the grim reaper. This was the most frightening out of body experience that I've
ever had. This experienced frightened me to the point that I wouldn't do it for a while.
An out of body experience can occur for a few reasons. They usually occur in relation to near
death experiences. They can often be induced using techniques, drugs, and a dream like state.
One of those techniques will be discussed in this article. This is your how to guide for having an
out of body experience. All you have to do is follow these steps.
1. The first thing you need to do is lie on your back. The importance of this step is to relax your
entire body. By lying on your back you should stretch out your entire spine relieving it of all the
stress. In this step you're going to need to relax your body by taking the stress off of any body
part.
2. In this step you need to put your body in a deep state of relaxation. Almost like you were putting
your body to sleep. Putting your body in a deep state of relaxation is crucial to putting your mind in
a lucid dreaming having state. If you have a lot of stress then this step is going to be a lot harder.
What you need to do is put your body in an almost "off" state. Part of this step is letting go of
everything. You have to get rid of all your worries, fears, and stress,
3. Star developing a breathing pattern. You have to develop a breathing pattern without thinking
about it. If you're thinking about your breathing then you won't be able to put your mind in the
necessary state for out of body experiences.
4. After a while of breathing you should feel a tingling sensation. This is completely normal and
indicates that you're ready for the OBE. At this point you're going to have to visualize yourself
leaving your body. There are a few ways that I would recommend leaving your body. The one I

5. Hopefully you've had some success with your experience. If you have some success then you
should definitely share your story with other people. Out of body experiences are completely
natural. If you don't get it the first time then don't worry about it. You can always try another time
when you're in a more relaxed state.
