This letter is provided to Mr. Tracy Pierce for his use as an employment reference.
Mr. Pierce worked as a sales representative for Transworld Systems Inc. for over ten years, from January
1993, to June 2003. During that time he advanced through different levels under independent contractor
agreements, ultimately being appointed to the highest level available, that of a Regional Sales Agent,
administering a number of different sales offices located in Illinois.
Transworld Systems is a collection agency providing prepaid collection services nationwide to large and
small businesses. It is our experience that it takes a fair amount of skill and application to successfully
sell the TSI collection service, since many potential clients are reluctant to pre-pay for collection services,
especially when there are a number of collection agencies available that are paid only on a contingent fee
basis. /
Mr. Pierce's success as measured by the commission levels he achieved was notable; his compensation
rose to the six-figure level.
We hope that this information is helpful to you. We have provided this letter to Mr. Pierce with his
understanding that it may be given to prospective employers, and that it is complete in and of itself, so
