2. OPENING STATEMENT
With all the terrorist acts, the most recent one from Mali and Paris have
brought my attention that I should do something about them
After many sleepless nights… I believe that I have discovered a way that
can reduce or prevent illegal/terrorist shooting
This process, if it is executed at its best will make the world the better
place to live in
This process will make the difference in the sense that it will detect the
illegal weapon anywhere in the world by a simple electronic processing
development
3. GUN CONTROL MATTER
We believe that anyone should have the right to own gun and bear arms
It is the HUMAN BEING FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS
Some say more gun in the street is more dangerous for the community
We say the community will be in danger only with the illegal gun and
criminal shooting
In our process, we will not anyway limit the rights of the gun owner; infact,
we expand the gun owner right to bear arm and own gun
4. The core problem
The core problems that we are facing with today is the ILLEGAL GUN and
Terrorist/Criminal shooting
And if we can come up with a process that can prevent the illegal shooting
from the terrorist and criminal ones… the problem is solved
And that is the exactly program that we are explored in this project
We strongly believe that our project will detect the weapon before it is
being used, we will track the weapon movement and the join partnership
between individuals in the community and the law enforcement folk to
work together will resolve this problem
5. TRANSTRONICS Gun Control process
TransTronics has introduced the XZ101 chip that installed in the gun which
will contact the gun owner if the gun being stolen
From his cell one, one will get the electronic NOTIFICATION, he would
have many options to deal with the situation including the option of
disabling the gun from his cell phone
We suggest a process that there will be two names in the gun registry
form: one will be the primary owner… the other name will be the
SAFEGUARD of the gun usage process
WE also suggest to use the CELL PHONE as the main element for any
SMART GUN Development process and usage

9. Our Process Concept
TransTronics Weapon detection can be formulated in the following
An electronic process that will send the ELECTROMAGNICTICS signal in the
covered territory or area
A sufficient electronic mobil device with the ability to receive, intercept and
interact with the ELECTROMAGNICTICS device
The device that sends the ELECTROMAGNICTICS signal will be the basic
base in which to detect the object
The electronic mobil device will interpret the object, provide the options,
connect to the execution and operational process

There are many processes in the market dealing with gun detection
DoD has a process that can detect weapon from the sky
The technology has been brought down to the earth in different public
places like campus or sport events
Another invention requires the electronic beacon to be attact to the
weapon
The most closely to our process is the concept of using the anthena as the
means to send the signal and the cell phone to intercept the signal to
detect the weapon

The weapon detection process from DoD that to be used in the public
place is a giant hardware device
It only operate where the device locate
The notion of electronic beacon stick can only apply to the legal gun
The concept of using the anthena to send the signal with the cell phone to
translate the image is a good one except the fact that who want to carry a
long rod in their head in the public

process problems
All the gun detection processes in the market at the very moment have the
ability to detect the weapon
But after the weapon has been detected… WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP?
The existing Gun Detection Processes do not have any specific and other
features to save life in the critical situation
In our process, after the weapon being detected, we have a system that
will offer different options for the people to choose to deal and react to
the situation
13. G CHIP Introduction
Instead of using the anttena as the means to send the signal which will not
be KOOL in our life time
Let us introduce an electronic chip called G CHIP
It is as big as a grain of rice
That can constantly send the ELECTROMAGNICTICS signal
That one can buy this chip in the public market like buying battery
If one G CHIP covers 100 Yards… two G CHIPS will cover 200 yards
The chip can be placed in any parts of one body or at his belt, watch, ring…

Our system to be performed in the following fashions

Any target objects that enter to the operational zone will be detected by

Which means that the weapon image will be exposed or displayed base on

And pinpoint exactly where is the gun location

We also send the signal to all cell phones in the location
If there are three cell phone in the areas: The gun movement will be
located precisely
And therefore our system will inform the cell phoner of the gun
appearance and where it move to keep the people safe

Tony has a cell phone and the G chip installed in his shoe
He goes to a bar for a little drink
There was a man came in the bar
Tony cell phone informed that it has detected that there is a gun nearby…
in 50 feet … 30 degree left
It pinpoints the exact location where the man was
It also connected with Transtronics system that all people in the bar will
know that there was a man in the bar with the gun

Pay the monthly service fee ( 5 dollars per month )
Buy the G chip which is 5 dollars per chip

21. Tracking the gun
Let assume that the guy who has the illegal gun come to a bar… being
detected and left the bar with no shooting
But if he went in the bar with a cell phone… our system will intercept his
cell phone number
If there is no shooting… he will be identified in the police database
But if shooting took place… his cell phone number will be the electronic
trail to hunt him down if he committed a crime
Indeed, this concept can be the effective tool for the law enforcement folk
to track down the criminal activities
22. Let Recap
Transtronics has developed a system that can detect the weapon
Using the G chip to send out the ELECTROMAGNICTIC signal
To identify the object by RADIATION IMAGE REFLECTION or the object
natural characteristics like its physical density
And the cell phone platform will intercept, interpret and perform different
electronic functionalities: contact to the police…
In addition, we have developed the ALERT, ALARM Zones that assist the

And if a crime being committed, it will be brought to justice

of public shooting

Let assume the service fee will be 100 dollars monthly, but it will be
deducted from the insurance premium

If Dominic bar to be installed by Transtronics Weapon Detection system,
people will feel safer to visit the bar
And therefore it will be better and more business
And Dominic bar CAN NOT AFFORD NOT to install Transtronics Weapon
Detection System for small business… If other bars in town have been
installed Transtronics System

You can stick it in your gun
This stick must be issue by the authority
Depend on how the system set up
Your gun might be detected in some places
But if you get the electronic voidance code from the police dept
You will be ok… and if people check… so be it… cause you are the good
guy

Now and day… there are many crazy people in this world
As we are developing this project… there was another shooting in the
planned parenthood office
The Planned Parenthood office, school, university, hospital sport events, …
are the places that our system must be installed
Let assume that the Planned parenthood office has installed our system,
the guy who has the gun will be detected, contacted , notified the police
and arrested before he entered to the parking lot
Our system prevent the shooting before it happen
36. Almost 100% prevention
A man want to go to a school to shoot the kid
As soon as he get out of the house with anykind of weapon
And come near to someone with the cell phone
He will be detected immediately
Our system will notify the authority
As he come near the school, the school system will detect him
At that time… the police has been waiting for him
Once again… OUR SYSTEM PREVENTS THE ACCIDENT BEFORE IT HAPPEN

Our system, not only can detect the weapon
But it can detect almost anything base on the consumer desire
And base on the platform programming

41. A word of caution
Please note that our weapon detection system only works in the open
space… at this moment
We do not intent to snoop in the people private life
And therefore if one has the illegal weapon in his basement… in the same
token if the terrorist group hide the mass destruction weapons in the
wood… and leave them that way… it is OK by us
But whenever and wherever the weapons appear in the community with
the intention to cause harm to people and create fear to the community…
then our system will be activate
42. One more thing
OK… If one cell phone has noticed a man wear gun
And it is confirmed
Our system will intercept his cell phone number
In addition, our system will suggest that one should take the picture of the
man who carries the gun
We can post that man picture in the social media
And send his picture to all the people in the public places
43. In the public place
Let’s assume that a school install our system
To alert the people and the authority of someone carry the gun to
approach the school
We can program that the ALARM BELL goes off
That will bring the awareness to all people
And scare the gun owner away
This process can be used to create less intention and give the notice to the
bad guy that we are aware of what is going on
