Great job, well done, this was a huge concern for me as you were aware and this has really taken
care of them. Please pass on my thanks to all involved in getting this situation resolved. I am sure
that what we are seeing here was not such an equipment issue but a personnel issue and only
one that proper training of our staff on new equipment will take care of.

Jorge,
We have very successfully cemented the pin pile and 4 x 26" conductors on the CSP platform
installation on Olowi. The Team has had an uphill struggle in getting the SeaHawk unit to perform
to its true ability but I am very pleased to say that the critical cement jobs on these conductors
have been performed perfectly and beyond our expectations.
Notwithstanding the fact that it should have performed this way from the start (sorry but had to
mention it!), I am aware of the effort that was put in to make it work, having inherited the unit from
another area. In the end, BJ delivered when it mattered and that's what counts.
Well done to you and your Team and special thanks to Tom Lister who put it all together and
finally gave us perfect, consistent cement!
