Prologue
there are tons of ways to be happy as
Happiness is a inner feeling,
you don't have to be dependent on
things to be happy. it is a feeling that
flows like wave in the middle of ocean. you
just have to quit some bad habits ,avoid
corners and be in the middle of the
ocean and flow with the wave. To
make this possible for
long ,you have to learn some
things to flow your boat in right
direction.you don't have to be dependent
on outside factors as it starts with
your brain and perspective. try
to change your perspective
to change your world . however outside
factors can lift you for some time. so
don't get stuck or dependent on these .
be free and moody, all the barriers
of happiness is in your brain it
depends you how you see the world.
you have seen people get sad easily by
watching sad scenes in T.V. although its
not real. its just their view or perspective how they
choose to response. some people get
sad easy some can control their
mind.
like crowd is not cool for introverts. but its a pleasure
for extroverts who are free minded.
be free , independent , however you can
easily try some activities it will increase
your dopamine. these are good ways to be happy
to be happy.
1. TRY SOMETHING NEW
First you have to leave all old boring
things and old habits in which you are
stuck . control your bad habit don't let it control
you . Try something new or a new way to do things.
Quit same routines and activities you don't want to
do anymore. don't get stuck on one thing . JUST KEEP
ENJOYING AND SWITCHING TO A NEW
ENTERTAINMENT OR ACTIVITY
if you want to achieve something you should be ready
to change yourself.
try new skills and hobbies .all
people have some good skills in which
they grow faster. even your cousins have
skills too .so find your skill and master it .there
are thousands of skill to learn many of them
you know but not learned and many of them you don't
know yet. so go and explore new
worlds you never been before.
do what makes you happy not what you think you
should do.
2.GO OUTSIDE
go in nature , don't miss your
morning sunlight. meet new people
and spend more time with family .stop
killing time on phone. you can do better things than
that. have a pet, its a good things. . thing is that once
we like something we get stuck on it and we keep on
doing it even after it's not fun anymore. so
learn to switch fast to save time and
grow faster.
3.EXPERIENCE
get outside your comfort zone.
avoid too much advantages and benefits.
have some new experience . travel new place
or cinema its better to spend money on experience
than material. make yourself busy in growing
yourself .get addicted to improve yourself. invest in
yourself .don't try to impress anyone.
make habit that benefits in long term.
start with basic health making , brain training and
money making ideas.
be funny and illogical don't try to find logic in
everything live like a child. don't think that
how to be happy think at least i am
not sad or depressed. this way you can automatically
start feeling little positive.
4. LEARN TO SAY NO
don't hesitate to say no.
say boldly no. you are not dependent
on anyone . prove it that no can criticize you
for their interest. its ok to take help with people but
choose people wisely who to help .say no when you
don't want to do anything. don't compromise until it is
a moral duty even do moral duty your way ,
do it as much it is needed not more or less.
make yourself the top priority. invest
in yourself .treat yourself as king
or your idol take care of yourself. praise yourself. have
the attitude of a boss. finally you will end up
being a boss.
fake it until you make it.
only say yes to opportunities to learn even
if you are not ready .soon or later you
have to choose a path to make
your future. if you don't do it now later it will be a do or
die option. the more you get older the
less opportunities you will get.
dare to act then learn about it this way you can know
what you are missing and what to learn.
although its good to help others but
have a balance do it as much it is needed
.don't try to show that you are too good. too much
sweet is considered bad.
5. BE POSITIVE
never start your day thinking any
negative thing or negative task .do
something positive as you wake up and
say positive or say out your goal. light up your world
with positive people. live in the immediate moment,
don't think about the past and future .
don't criticize ,complain, compare, condemn.
make a habit of smiling . express your
emotion . don't resist it .be open to change.
commit to yourself that i am happy.
have a giving nature.
never say bad about yourself. these are powerful tips
to be happy in daily life
6. LIVE A PURPOSEFUL LIFE
seek progress over perfection.
prioritize time over money. focus on
process not results. find your goal. think big
aim high . if you can think big you can do it .
if you believe in yourself , you can find the way.
if you like something start doing now , don't wait
for the right time or don't try to master it
before doing.start slow
like if you like writing start writing small book in less
time . commit yourself ,i have to finish this book in
2-3 days . it will increase your efficiency.
7. CHANGE YOUR PERSPECTIVE
don't see people as good or bad
see them as learning object every people
is quality package who have skills .never say i
want to be happy say that i become happy
easily or i am a happy person.
them . don't judge them.no time is good or bad see time
as opportunity ,make a habit to grow yourself
do what scares you most to grow yourself. IMPROVISE
, ADAPT, OVERCOME😡
finally i want to tell that don't chase happiness you will
end up being not happy there is a proverb that
you don't smile because you are happy ,you are happy
because you smile
