It is with pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Tina Nigbor. I have
known Tina since August 2014 which is when she first became a student in my classes.
She was a student in several of my courses, including the following: ICD-10-CM
Coding, Health Information Management Organizational Resources, and Professional
Practice Experiences, and Applied HIM Technologies.
Tina is an outstanding student. Her attendance and participation are excellent. She
willingly and eagerly participates in class discussions as well as works cooperatively and
collaboratively in group projects. Tina has a high level of critical thinking skills,
completing assessments and projects with very little guidance. She is able to problem-
solve on her own and demonstrates application of course materials appropriately. Tina
demonstrates excellent leadership skills in many areas of her course work as mentioned
above.
I see Tina performing well in the health information profession and representing this
profession in a positive way.
