Total Quantity: 600 / 720,000 metric tons to be delivered evenly over 12 month.
Cargo size: 50 / 60,000 metric tons min / max in Buyer’s option.
Delivery: FOB one safe port/berth US Gulf to be nominated by the Seller.
Loading Conditions: Seller to specify;
1. Name of load port and terminal.
2. Draft at load port/berth/terminal.
3. Loading rate and any other conditions.
Loading dates: To be specified by the Seller.
Price: To be specified by the Seller based on Platts or ICE reference formula for 5
days around bill of lading date.
Payment: By irrevocable and confirmed documentary letter of credit payable within 15
days of bill of lading date upon presentation of an agreed schedule of
documents at the counters of Buyer’s bank in Switzerland.
Contractual Terms: To be advised by the Seller.
Due Diligence: Both Buyer and Seller to present whatever corporate documentation
necessary to the other party to enable satisfactory due diligence to be carried
out.
