BANK.
PAYABLE AT SIGHT (via MT103 or RDLC).
POP: PROVIDED BANK-TO-BANK AS PER DOCUMENTS LISTED IN CONTRACT.

PROCEDURES: Offer Available: August 8, 2011
1. A.)Seller Issues Soft Corporate Offer(SCO) after Buyer’s LOI accepting all Procedures is received.
B.) Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order(ICPO) with Full Account Information, along with
the NCNDA-IMFPA for all parties involved.
2. Seller issues ICC form first, and then FCO to Buyer to countersign, seal, and resend to the Seller.
3. Seller issues Draft Contract(SPA) for amendmendts.
4. Seller and Buyer Confirm and Endorse Draft Contract, which the hard copies and others are Legalized/
Registered by the Seller. BUYER HAS 2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO COMPLETE DRAFT CONTRACT.
5. Seller sends the Final Contract(Legalized/Registered) hard copies to Buyer by Secured e-mail or
Courier Services.
6. Hard Copy Contracts are exchanged and deposited to respective banks to initiate the Bank to Bank
process.
7. After the Final Contract is deposited, Buyer MUST issue BCL via SWIFT or by Secured e-mail as Per
Seller’s Verbiage (Bank to Bank only) within 3 Business days and copy the Seller.
8. Seller issues to the Buyer Provisional(Partial) POP:
1) Copy of License to Export, issued by the Department of the Ministry of Energy.
2) Copy of Approval to Export, issued by the Department of the Ministry of Justice.
3) Copy of Statement of Availability of the Product.
4) Copy of the Refinery Commitment to Produce the Product.
5) Allocation Number- Verifiable & Confirmable.
9. Buyer confirms Partial and reverts with their Company Certificates, ATPCC (Allocation Transaction
Passport Certificate Code), Buyer Details and scanned copy of Passport for Change of Ownership.
10. After verification, Buyer issues a Non-Operative, Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving Letter of Credit
to Seller’s appointed bank within 3 banking days.
11. After verification, SELLER ISSUES: 2% Performance Bond Guarantee(PBG) TO ACTIVATE BUYER’S NON-
OPERATIVE, CONDITIONAL, IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE RDLC and FULL POP.
12. Buyer and Seller make changes of Ownership/Title Transfer and all Legal Ownership Documents shall
be sent to Buyer.
13. Seller shall provide the following Documents as FULL POP:
Copy of License to Export, issued by the Department of the Ministry of Energy.
Copy of Approval to Export, issued by the Department of the Ministry of Justice.
Copy of Statement of Availability of the Product.
Copy of the Refinery Commitment to Produce the Product.
Copy of Transneft Contract to transport the product to the Port.
Copy of the Port Storage Agreement.
Copy of the Allocation Number, Tank Receipts & Dip Test Authorization.
Copy of the Charter Party Agreement(s) to transport the product to Discharge Port.
SGS Report.

2. Bill of Lading.
14. Delivery commences as per scheduled in Contract(SPA).
