The AtlantaMTA of T-Mobile U.S.A hasemployedWirelessPrecisionsince January2004. Wireless
Precision’sprimaryfunctionhasbeentocomplete cellsite preventativemaintenanceonover1000 sites
on a quarterlybasis. TimMonseesworkedwithlocal managerstoconstructa SOW that wouldallow
WPLLC to addressT-Mobilesprojectneeds.Toreachthisgoal he provided8technicians,all of them
Ericssontrained.Each techspentapproximately2weeksworkingwithaT-Mobile techtocrosstrain on
our cell site PMplanbefore beingturnedloose ontheirown.
Workingwithour administrative supportpersonWirelessPrecisiontechnicianscompletedtheirassigned
preventativemaintenance workordersbothpromptlyandonschedule. All issuesidentifiedthroughthe
scope of the preventative maintenanceworkplanwere documentedandfedovertoT-Mobile
technicianstofix.Thisallowsourtechnicianstofunctiononreactive maintenance andcapacity
expansionactivitywhile still maintainingahealthynetwork.WirelessPrecisiontechniciansfunctioned
100 percentof the time as if theywere T-Mobile employeesandtheirprofessionalismhasbeenvery
much appreciated. The projectmanagementportionwhichwashandledbyMr.Monseesfunctionedlike
a well-oiledmachine andallowedT-Mobile managerstofocusonnetworkexpansionandtheirdayto
day activities.
In summary,Ibelieve thismethodof completingcell sitepreventativemaintenance isaverybeneficial
wayto not onlyensure all sitesare maintainedwith-inT-Mobile standardsbuttoensure averycost
effectivewayindoingso.Ican andwill highlyrecommendWirelessPrecisionservices.
