In 2011 Tim set up the Tim Baynes Consulting Company specifically to help Clients
sell more and delight their customers. The focus is on enabling people to create
pitches and presentations that win, based on his Say it in 7 program. One Client
recently attributed a sales uplift of £20m directly to Tim’s work.
Clients include Adform, Adobe, BBC Worldwide, Microsoft, Royal Mail, Spotify and

2009 - 2011
Tim set up a sales academy within the BBC. Again, this program was active across
the globe. He continues to work with BBC Advertising at the Cannes Lions Creativity
Festivals.
2004 - 2009
Tim joined Microsoft to build a Sales Academy within digital business group (MSN,
Hotmail & Windows Live) His programs ran across Europe, the Americas and Asia.
The Academy delivered the goods for 700 sales people in 25 countries.
1998 - 2004
Tim help set up the London office of Rogen International (RogenSi). This marked a
career re-invention that continues to fulfil him and deliver for those with whom he
works.
1980 - 1998
Working for large ad agencies on multinational clients including. Very exciting times
in a business populated by very smart people.
OUTSIDE THE DAY JOB
Tim is a practising artist, exhibiting in London and his work is held in private
collections in the UK, USA, France and Australia. He has published two books
