Manage your IT and YOUR Hardware
Manage your IT and OUR Hardware
A solution that meets our clients needs, not ours. We’re product and vendor agnostic so we can always provide the best solution.
We build customized Business Continuity so when disaster at any level occurs clients are prepared and costly downtime is avoided
We through management and architecture we prepare clients for resilience.
Circled are functions we provide
Production Devices: Any device a client uses to operate their business. Includes operating systems and applications.
On Premise Appliances: A device that holds a mirrored instance that is available to failover to, usually in the event of a hardware failure, human error or malicious act. It also retains versions based on a retention policy. Production failure= failover to the on premise appliance.
Boot in Cloud: if a site wide failure occurs caused by catastrophic disaster usually the production and on premise appliance is destroyed. We can virtually boot the clients environment in cloud restoring employee and user connectivity within minutes .
RTO + RPO= The last viable restore point is based on how often you perform a backup. How often and when backups are performed depends on the type and size of data. The time it takes to recover is dependent on the type, size, location, software and hardware used.
Emphasize that we plan for outages so when disaster occurs they are prepared to continue business as usual.
Our On Demand hosted computing eliminates costly on site hardware and provides the services above
Hosted vs Purchasing
Fully managed IT- We can manage all or a portion of their IT. Hardware, software, infrastructure, networks, firewall, protect data and essentially any technology they use to conduct business.
Some of our services at a glance
We’ve done away with Gold and Platinum. It’s just managing their IT and existing hardware that when it comes time to replace they are purchasing it in as needed.
Or we manage the IT and they rent hardware as a service from us and we maintain it and refresh it as needed. Great model and easy to set as a fixed subscription cost.
