A few quick suggestions on the resume:
1. Develop an objective which is a target/goal for the resume.
2. Create a summary section-see attached Resume Writing Guide.
3. List degree at Lakeland and flip order of entries in education. You could remove high school.
4. Use past-tense action verbs under past positions.
