processesthatinvolved43resourceswithabudgetof approximately400K. Mainframe integration,CRM,
and an outside vendorthatprovidedafinance agreementgenerationsystemwere involved. All training
on vendor’ssystemwasinscope,updatinginternal policiesandprocedures,creationof mainframehack,
and data transferfromToyota’smainframe screenstothe vendorapplication. Thisprojectwascreated
withoutgettingsufficientinputfromdealernetwork,whichresultedinterminationuponlaunchdue to

five states.Workinginateam,I was responsible forarchitecting,overseeingthe developmentand
creationof financial products,QCimprovements,andthe implementationof several healthcare products.

Lead Project Manager for Health Net's acquisition of Universal Care. I was responsible for managing all
aspects of the transfer of all Medi-Cal memberships to current IT systems, along with all aspects of the
projectincludingthe projectworkplan,timeline,change management,andissue managementprocesses.
I managed70+ resourcesonthisprojectteam, and I receiveda "spot award" and bonus for my success of
this 5-million-dollar project.
Deployment of flex-funded employer groups billing and fund transfers between Bank of America and
Citibankand was responsible forreducingFTEsandimprovingthe employergroupexperience. Imanaged
all aspects of the project, including the project work plan, timeline, change management, and issue
management processes, and guided management of 46 resources during the project.
Deploymentof the "HealthyKids"programto five separate counties in northern California. Managed all
aspects of the project including the project work plan, timeline, change management, and issue
management processes. The project spanned one year, and I managed the team of 45 resources during
this time.
Architecteda new method for gathering business requirements for the local culture. I was told that my
efforts reduced meetings by 90%, along with shortened the process time to less than 14 days for large
projects. My teamcreateda touch-pointsdocumentthatwaspassedtoeach departmentaffected by the
project,andit increasedefficiency of time and accountability of every resource. Within two weeks, the
BR reduced the 10-12 meetings (over the course of 12 weeks) down to 2-3 meetings during the entire
project.

Acquisition. Worked with Orange County health officials as part of rollout.
Deployment and the creation of a SHP (State Health Program) website for Health Net.

several componentsthatworkedtogetherforareal-time representationof currentproduction
information. Thissystem(VIVA) gatheredinformationfrommultiple databases,custom-madehardware,
and userinput. The projecttouchedmanyareas andgatheredrequirementsfrommultiple locations.
Much of the work inthisprojectaddressedpolitical issuesandinterfacingwiththe FordITEKdepartment
to provide acomplete turnkeysystem. Thiswasa multi-phase,two-yearprojectincludingthe $198,000
budget/year,andI managedthe projectworkplan,timeline,change management,andthe issue
managementprocesses.

productionpartson a critical productionline attheirWoodhavenStampingPlant. Aspartof a team,I

customsolutioninlessthan90 days. Thisprojectwas accomplishedwithinthe prescribedtimeframes,
