She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University and has received additional training in front desk work and leadership. Her work history includes positions at Tae Kwon Do Unlimited, Pante Rhei Wellness and Rejuvenation Clinic, and assisting filmmaker Renick Turley. She has over 15 years of experience teaching martial arts and conducting private lessons and seminars across the United States. Her honors include being a two-time World Champion in sport martial arts.
