Sensex raised 0.30% @ 18,561.70 pts; Nifty raised 0.45% @ 5,645.05 pts.
Europe’s major indices CAC, FTSC & DAX were up from 0.26 % - 0.37 %.
NASDAQ was down 0.36 %, while Dow Jones Ind. Avg. was down 0.08 %.
Sensex closed up 56.32 pts @18,561.70 while Nifty closed up 25.35 pts @ 5645.05.
Today Market led by gains in auto shares on higher-than-expected Oct. vehicle sales
while tech firm Wipro rose after it said it will separate its non-IT units to focus on
outsourcing. Improvement in the mfg growth data also boosted the positive sentiment.
