“If we were to ask a technology vendor for
advice and a solution, they would be more than happy to
sell us their product, but would potentially do so
irrespective of whether it was actually the best fit for us.
Instead, we wanted an independent consultancy who
would act as an ‘expert friend’ and through extensive
experience, would be able to match vendors or products
to our specific situation and needs.”
Russell Nelson, Head of Communications at JANET(UK)
“TCG’s advice was invaluable in helping CIPD to
understand business requirements, streamlining the
product selection, architecting the solutions chosen and
really working with the organisation to get an
infrastructure in place that will enable rapid product
delivery to the market.”
Eileen Pevreall, IT Director at CIPD

What is ECM?
What is ECM?
Can you get PWC’s logo on here. Also the wording around the ‘badges’ looks slightly off skew. You can lose the words ‘The Content Group’ also as we have our logo on here. Make sure the badges are the same size.
Evidence logos and words need to be bigger.
Perhaps stretch the ring to make more space? In the technical competencies add; Alfresco, Oracle, Autonomy, Adobe and change the SharePoint logo to just be the Microsoft logo .......... Make this ring bigger.
Need to expand client quotes and use a Janet quote instead of Virgin, make it more ‘ECM Expert’ based.
The bottom row needs to be; Technologies Expertise, Practices Expertise, Subject Matter Expertise. Also red circle wording is not right and can we lose initials for people and add a few more in the less populated practice.
As per the above slide.
Can you ‘not’ highlight ; (ECM) and the.
Labels bigger.
Labels bigger.
Can you bring in a nice people logo here that is ‘Your critical friend’
Under planning phase can you add a new module called ‘Business Case Assessment’ and in the evaluation phase ‘Vendor Delivery’
