It has over 19 years of experience in providing solid waste collection, transportation, processing, and disposal services. The company aims to raise funds through its IPO to repay debt, finance new projects, and for general corporate purposes. It reported total income of Rs. 4,646.11 million in FY2020 with a net profit of Rs. 620.76 million. management industry in INDIA & the core team of the promoters are Jose Jacob
Kallarakal, Shiju Jacob Kallarakal, and Shiju Antony Kallarakkal in the company.
The company has deep routed track records since 19 years by providing
core services like solid waste collection, transportation, processing & disposal
services across the country, primarily catering to domestic/local municipalities.
Also currently, the company has sound presence in projects with the Municipal
Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM), the Navi Mumbai Municipal
Corporation (NMMC), the Thane Municipal Corporation (TMC), the North Delhi
Municipal Corporation (NDMC), the Mangalore Municipal Corporation (MMC)
and the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA). In the past, it
has also undertaken projects for Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD),
Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon (MCG), Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation
(UMC), Amritsar Municipal Corporation (AMC), Kalyan Dombivali Municipal
Corporation (KDMC) & the Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC). The company has
also undertaken more than 25 projects as of November 15, 2020, of which 18
