United States and other countries. We do this through our alliance with Commercial Mortgage
Exchange, Inc., a commercial mortgage brokerage firm that specializes in financing multi-million
dollar projects through private funding sources. These private lenders have much greater
flexibility and a greater variety of project interests than traditional banks. They also provide
higher loan amounts, do not require personal guarantees and have interest rates as low as
bank rates, in most cases.
Washington Global Management has established and maintains global involvement in
development, construction and acquisition projects in various commercial real estate industry
segments. Our main concentrations are in diverse energy-oriented ventures involving renewable
energy sources, such as wind, hydro and solar power.
Traditional fuels and energy operations are included in our activities as we strive to finance the
operations of oil and gas production facilities in more environmentally-friendly manners with
enhancements for increased efficiencies. Humanitarian objectives drive our organization. We
are affiliated with UNICEF, the UN, the International Monetary Fund and other noteworthy
