The Client e-mails an Executive Summary (Max. 7 pages) to Willis Capital Management Ltd which should include the"Core Elements" of the transaction: a) Detailed identification of the Client, Note: The Client has to be a Corporation; b) The capital share of distribution (identification of the shareholders); c) Nature and description of the Project; d) Cost of the Project; e) Amount of Funding required; and f) Any and all other information that may be pertinent to the transaction. Plus a completed and signed application form a signed NCND agreement and a signed copy of theterms and fee agreement once we have all the aforementioned we can then proceed with getting your project funded. It is impossible for me to give you the interest rates as this varies from project to project and is up for negotiationbetween the client and the lender, but all funding is flexible and always the best terms for both client and lender are accepted. ( as an example of the deal we are closing now, fixed annual interest rate of 3,75%, with 30 month grace period, the client will be able to pay back the total funding at any time without penalty ).
