SNIMS-MARKETING PLAN
Following are the certain marketing activities planned in the SNIMS. All these should be planning
to implement within 2 months.
Promoting hospital through Monsoon Campaign
• Community medicine is planning for Medical Training Class in nearby localities which range
to Chalakka, Puthenvelikara, Kunnukara, Nedumbasseri etc.
• They are planning for a continuous class in all these area about Monsoon diseases and its
preventive measures.
• So here planning for hospital promotion in association with Community medicine
department
• The promotion is planning like printing Notice of Monsoon diseases and preventive
measures with SNIMS logo and distributing it along with hospital pamphlets in all these area
Objective: CSR cum Promotional activity.
Corporate office Visits
• Initial stage planning for visiting co-operative office and companies near
Aluva,Angamaly,Athani etc such as KAMCO,Telk,FACT etc
• Since there is no marketing executive planning for visit these clients along with SNIMS PRO
and Francy Sir.
• The purpose of visiting these companies is to make a tie up for health check-up as well as
promoting existing camps, clinics and other specialities.
Objective: Corporate tie ups for health check up.

SNIMS-MARKETING PLAN
Ophthalmology Camp
• Ophthalmology is one of the finest department in SNIM having Full time Doctors
• But the walk-in in the department is comparatively low
• So with the aim of increasing walk in as well as revenue for the department, planning for a
Ophthalmology Camp outside the hospital.
Plan of Action:
• Come out with certain schemes
• Membership card exclusive for the department
• Campaign through the bala vaadis and aangan vaadis, schools and colleges across the two
panchayats.
• Conduct a camp at each panchayat. (Not in the hospital premises)
Objective:
• Promotion of this department and ensure more number of foot – falls for IP and OP
treatments.
• To take the promotional activities outside the Hospital premises.
Note: The panchayat president of Puthenvelikara who was the chief guest for the Mother and
Child Care event, had expressed her desire to see more such activities being conducted by SNIMS.
Diabetic Clinic
• In SNIMS General medicine department there has already a Diabetic Camp
• The procedure of the camp is that a person can register for the Diabetic Clinic for
2000Rs/Year. It is a onetime registration.
• The registered person will get certain check-ups and consultation from the department with
free of cost
• The clinic is conducted on every 2nd
Thursday of the month
• Only 13 persons registered for the camp

• Since there is no promotion or marketing activity is taking from the hospital side planning for
promoting these clinic because after discussing with Hospital Administrator it was
understood these clinic will helps in earning revenue for the hospital
Objective: Ensure higher registration thereby increase in revenue.
