Anticipatory vehicle service.
• With BMW Teleservices your BMW constantly monitors all of your vehicle's service-data from fluid levels to brake pads. If
the need for a service is identified, the car's data is transferred directly to BMW.
• Transfer of information about the vehicle condition which previously could not be obtained until the vehicle was
tested in a workshop. Data transfer is based on encrypted IP protocols.
• BMW TeleServices comprises the following services - Automatic BMW Teleservice Call.
- Manual BMW Teleservice Call.
- BMW Teleservice BatteryGuard.
- BMW Teleservice Update.
- Not available in neighbouring countries for Southern Africa
(Namibia, Lesotho, Swaziland, Mozambique, Zimbabwe and

• RTTI informs in real-time about the current traffic situation on the most traveled roads (besides highways and federal
roads also extended coverage of urban main and secondary roads (residential areas are excluded).
• Detailed interpretation and presentation of the current situation on the road based on different data sources (among
others tracking of mobile radio data, GPS-fleets, Extended Floating Car Data [=vehicle-detected information] and data
from induction loops).
• Faster and more comprehensive data transmission via mobile radio.
• Navigation system is required for RTTI.
